Meet the Coach

Coach Devin Drury

I’m a performance driven coach based in Manitoba, Canada. I spend most of my free time learning about all things fitness, nutrition, and athletic performance. I’ve made it my goal to help other athletes reach their full potential.

I have been an active member with the RCMP since 2016. I am a certified administrator of the RCMP’s current fitness test, the Police Fitness Assessment. I act as the fitness coordinator at my current post, offering advice and guidance to the officers that I work with.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2013. Since then I’ve picked up certifications in Run Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutritional Sciences.

I’ve been informally training or programming for friends and family for over 10 years. I started taking on paid clients in 2025.

I lift as heavy as I can in the weight room to make sure I’m strong and capable to perform my duties as a Police Officer. But my main hobby is running, primarily the long distance kind.

I’ve run 13 marathons with a personal best of 2:59:59 (Sub 3 baby!)

I won a Bronze Medal in the half-marathon at the 2023 World Police and Fire Games in Winnipeg, MB.

I’ve run in 8 Ultramarathon events, with a current best of 100km from a Backyard Ultra in 2026.
